The LISBON session of the NATO nations and its allayed countries   comes short of the demands of the resistance forces ( i.e the Taliban and Hezbe Islami ) that are struggling against the occupation forces and for the independence of Afghanistan.
The strategy to deliver the security of the marked provinces to the Afghan National Army and police until 2014 without an comprehensive agreement with the opposition forces will not guaranty to prevail peace and security in the country.
It is unfortunate that the US and NATO forces are trying to change the course of fighting, involve the Afghan tribal in the internal fighting, instead of withdrawing from Afghanistan.  The New strategy shows that the occupation forces want to arm the tribes and intensify the internal tribal conflicts and fighting in the country and selves set as spectators.
The resistance forces want the complete withdrawal of the foreign troops from Afghanistan with an agreed timetable and restoring the complete independence status of Afghanistan.
