                                                                                —MORE—
ACSC has launched a new campaign called, “Pashtunistan is Afghanistan” In the Gala Dinner, ACSC will propose to the world leaders that the Durand Line is invalid as it has been declared by Afghanistan’s loya Jirga of 1949 as they saw it as ex parte on their side, since British India ceased to exist in 1947 with the independence of Pakistan. This had no tangible effect as there has never been a move to enforce such a declaration due to long periods of constant wars with other neighbors in the region.
Furthermore, ACSC will formally request from the Afghan Chief Executives to form a commission of qualified legal experts and lawyers from both side of the Durand Line. The commission must be strong and have a full legal capacity to challenge the Durand Treaty in the International Court of Justice and any other courts that are deem proper and have jurisdictions in that region.
