Honorable Ambassador of Afghanistan in Berlin

Honorable Ambassador of Afghanistan in Berlin,
I hope you are fine and healthy.
I would like to divert your attention to a realistic problem which Afghans and internationals are facing at the Afghan consulate in Bonn.
First of all there has been someone by the name of Karimi who tease people and discourage those who submit their fee directly to the Afghan Consulate account, Instead he advise and stress on a manual fee submission for passport renewal, visa etc which is meaningful sometimes. Though it hasn’t been mentioned on the website that one should do a manual fee submission and anyway being in 21st century and then in Germany i think that practice is too old to follow.
Secondly once you enter the consulate there is hardly one sitting on the chairs to ask for information, its always a hustle and bustle and no one knows whom to ask and where to go. I would most respectfully request you to guide them paste atleast a little information on each office that whom deals what??? so that one can understand his/her way and responsible person to talk to. No one generally cares about the visitors, everybody tries to show that he/she is the boss and has the right to tease and bother people rather than to facilitate them.
Moreover, they take longer to handle any case, I can fully understand a legal process but i am the witness of several things which I don’t to personalize anyone but their prime mission seems to be taking green tea the whole day long and passports and other documents are dispersed here and there.
I hope your honorable office take care of this issue and move the Afghan consulate impression more towards positive rather than being abused or spoken bad about or otherwise complaints in the General Anzeiger.
Another issue is that sometimes its problem to fully understand what is written in Dari and what is written in German on all your websites, i would respectfully request you that as residents of this destroyed homeland we have the right to read pashto as well there which is unfortunately never felt to be missing. May i request you please ask them to update these websites in Pashto language as well?
Thank you very much in advance.

Best Regards
