In the name of Allah Most Merciful Most Gracious

The Western World Does Not Need to Fear Shariat Law; Many of the Principles Found in the US Constitution Are Found in Shariat Law

The political system of Islam is based on three principles: (1) Tawhid (Oneness of God), (2) Risala (Prophethood), and (3) Khilafa (Caliphate) .Tawhid means that no individual, family, class or race can set themselves above God. No one is above God’s law. God alone is the ruler and his commandments constitute the law of Islam. Risala is the medium through which we receive the law of God.  Our holy book the Quran is the book in which God expounded His law through his prophets (may peace be upon them), the last being Prophet Muhammad (may peace be upon him).A model system of Islamic life is contained in Shariah law- the straight path. Sharia law comes from two sources the Holy Quran and the Sunnah. Shariat is best translated the “Right Way of Religion”. Surah 45, Verse 18 of the Holy Quran states, “Then We put thee on the (right) Way Of Religion: so follow Thou that (Way), And follow not the desires Of those who know not.”

Khilafa means representation. Man according to Islam is the representative of God on earth. Therefore, man must follow Islam as the representative of God on earth. Man must be a representative on earth in accordance with God’s law, Islam. Man must be a representative within the limits prescribed by God. Man must execute the will of God. God is the creator and sustainer. Therefore, man must follow the straight path when representing on earth God’s creation.

These dictators and puppet leaders in the Middle East, North Africa and Asia have deprived and are depriving Muslims of their basis rights given to them by Allah. These dictators and puppet leaders and governments are not following Shariat law. Human rights are those rights granted by Allah (God).  It is the duty of every Muslim to ensure that every human being has the following rights and the following Islamic principles are followed:

The right to life.
The right to the safety of life.
The respect for the chastity of women.
The right to a basic standard of life.
The right to freedom-no slavery.
The right to justice.
The equality of human beings.
The security of life and property.
The protection of honor.
The sanctity and security of private life.
The security of personal freedom.
The right to protest against tyranny.
Freedom of expression.
Freedom of association.
Protection of religious sentiments.
Protection from arbitrary imprisonment.
The right to the basic necessities of life.
Equality before the law.
Rulers are not above the law.
The right to participate in the affairs of the state
It is time for American Muslims and good American citizens to free the Muslim countries and the United States government from the control of the Israeli Zionist government and Zionist lobby groups.  In an infamous comment on October 3, 2001, the Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon said to Foreign Minister Shimon Peres, “Every time we do something you tell me Americans will do this and will do that. I want to tell you something very clear: Don’t worry about American pressure on Israel: We, the Jewish people, control America, and Americans know it.” American people are thinking they are free but the sad thing is that the US Congress and the executive branch are controlled by the Zionist lobby groups such as AIPAC. The US taxpayers give Israeli 10 billion a year in aid, which mostly goes for military expenditures. Under the dire economic condition of the United States, enough is enough!

Muslim countries should be able to choose their own leaders without the United States and the West interfering or supporting ruthless dictators or corrupt puppets. These dictators and puppet leaders, many who are CIA agents or former agents, are put into power and/or supported by the United States and the West, because the dictators and puppet leaders support the United State’s foreign policy goals when it comes to Israel, terrorism, oil etc. In 130 countries the United States has military bases with 737 bases worldwide except there is no US base inside Israel because the Israeli government and its strong lobby group control the US’s foreign policy. The world has seen what effect this practice has had on Muslims. Millions of Muslims in these countries are victims every day. It is time for Muslims to stop being the victims and lawfully and peacefully unite to choose their own leaders in their countries.

As we witness today, Muslims under these dictators and puppet leaders supported by the United States and the west, do not have these rights. Muslims in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Libya, Bahrain and Yemen are waking up and trying to regain their rights guaranteed to them by Allah under Islam. However, Egyptians, Libyans and Yemens have been killed or injured by the dictator’s police forces when they are exercising their God given rights to protest against tyranny and freedom to associate. Afghans are being occupied by foreign troops and war waged against them under a corrupt puppet leader with virtually all of their above listed rights given to them by Allah (God) denied them or taken from them by the puppet regime and foreign occupiers.

We, Muslims, have our own political system built right into our religion, Islam. The solution for the fifty-five (55) so-called Muslim countries in the world is to follow Islam and have a Khalifa. Many of the principles found in the US Constitution are found in Shariat Law and Islam.

Muslims must follow the straight path and through lawful and peaceful means unite and choose their own leaders from within themselves.

Sincerely,
